Education
I studied Languages, Literature and Film in the University of Limerick in Ireland. I also completed my TEFL certification during this time. After that, I studied Anatomy, Physiology and body therapy for a year as I have a huge interest in movement therapies such as Pilates, Yoga & Garuda. I think its important to take care of our bodies and to find fun ways to exercise, to keep the mind and body active.
Experience
I taught business English in Asia for a few weeks and I have also tutored children in Sweden for a few months in beginners/intermediate English which I love. Teaching English is a passion of mine as its a very fun language to teach and express yourself in. I have travelled and worked in New Zealand, Asia, Ireland and Sweden and its been a pleasure to teach English to children and adults in all of these different places. I like to start with the basics of the English language, letting my students feel comfortable with their abilities and to improve their confidence bit by bit with speaking and writing. I often find that the most improvement comes through casual conversation so its important to practise talking about whatever you like in English a little everyday.
